Update: Sammamish, It's OK to Flush!
The district's water and sewer facilities are fully functional
Update 8:50 a.m., Jan. 20: The t reported on it's twitter account that Sammamish Plateau Water and Sewer District facilities are fully functioning. Customers can now use their water and sewer facilities.
Grind pump customers who still don't have power are advised to minimize usage.
This morning, the district seems to be experiencing a glitch with it's 24-hour phone line; when Sammamish Patch called for an update, the calls were being mistakenly forwarded to a business in Alaska. It made us feel lucky though, as it's -10 degrees there right now. In any case, if you need assistance, please email the power company or utilize it's twitter feed until the phone line is back in order.
