Sheri Lynn Halling, of Sammamish, WA passed away on Monday evening, August 19, 2019. She was 52 years of age.

Sheri was born on February 10, 1967 in Orange, California, the third child of Larry and Marie Sears. She was raised in Anaheim Hills, California and graduated from Canyon High School. She attended University of California at Davis and received a BA in Agricultural Economics.

Sheri moved to Seattle in 1997. It was there she married her college sweetheart, David George Halling, on July 11, 1998. They were blessed with two beautiful (like their mother) daughters, Clara and Christina.

Sheri joined Aetna in 1994 and worked her way up to Senior Account Executive for the Northwest Market and was dedicated to the Costco Account. She was admired by colleagues, and her accounts, as a reliable, hard-working team player and a role model to all. She was amazing at balancing the challenges of work and family.

Sheri lovingly volunteered her time and positive energy to various community organizations. She was a sustainer member of the Seattle Junior League. She was very active at her children’s school, St. Louise in Bellevue, where she brought her many talents to the table and embraced such activities as the father-daughter dance and other events. Sheri was a member of the Lake Sammamish Chapter of National Charity League where she served on the board. In these efforts, and many more, Sheri always put the needs of others ahead of her own.

She greatly enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, traveling for work and pleasure, and watching the Hallmark Channel. Her magnetic smile, quick wit and stunning red hair made a lasting impression upon all who met her. She will forever be missed by her family and friends.
