Welcome Santa to Issaquah Highlands

If you’re hoping to make it onto Santa’s Nice List this year, mark your calendars for his Grand Arrival in Issaquah Highlands at 11 am on Sunday, November 18. Santa is coming to town aboard the Eastside Fire & Rescue Holiday Truck and the community is rolling out the red carpet at this FREE event. Join the fun and take selfies with Santa. Enjoy live entertainment, cupcakes, hot drinks and holiday treats from the merchants of Grand Ridge Plaza.

The festivities begin at 11 am with music by the Liberty High School Choir on the plaza next to Regal Cinemas Issaquah Highlands. Revolution Dance Factory will entertain all ages as we anticipate Santa’s arrival at 11:45 am – or as soon as North Pole traffic allows.

A special guest star from Cougar Mountain Zoo – and star of the Issaquah Reindeer Festival – will visit for the day to share holiday magic. The community will have an opportunity to get acquainted with our special guest and learn more about Rudolph and his reindeers.

Santa’s Grand Arrival will launch the holiday toy donation drive for Issaquah Food & Clothing Bank. The community is invited to take a wish tag from the tree and donate the item for a local child this holiday season.

“Ho! Ho! Ho! It’s wonderful to begin the season of giving on the Eastside,” said Santa. “I’ve only ever seen this fair region from the rooftops and I can’t wait to launch the holiday donation drive for the Food Bank. Issaquah is a magical place and so are its cupcakes and treats. I’ll see you on the 18th!”

Who: Santa is coming to Issaquah!

What: Santa makes his grand arrival at Grand Ridge Plaza. Everyone is invited to take selfies with Santa and enjoy free treats and live entertainment.

When: 11 am to 1 pm, Sunday, November 18 – Santa arrives at 11:45 am

Where: Regal Cinemas at Grand Ridge Plaza in Issaquah Highlands. Take Exit 18 off I-90 and follow the signs to Highlands Drive.

Why: Santa will launch the holiday donation drive for the Issaquah Food & Clothing Bank.
