University Place residents will get the rare opportunity to meet the renowned Dr. Shan-Tung Hsu, Ph.D., when he makes an appearance at the Fircrest Community Center.
The prolific author will give a presentation on Chinese tea and sign copies of the most recent of his many published books, titled "The Essesnce of Tea."
