The January snow and ice storm left plenty of trees, branches, and other debris in its wake. In order to help expedite the community cleanup, U.P. Refuse has agreed to allow residents to dump large storm debris (yard waste items) at a reduced rate of $5 per yard for a limited time and special Saturday hours on Feb. 11.
