Man Shot To Death Outside Tacoma Business: Police

TACOMA, WA —A 48-year-old man was found shot to death early Monday morning in Tacoma and the death is being investigated as a homicide, Tacoma police said.

According to the TPD, at 12:03 a.m., officers responded to the report of a male who had been shot outside a business in the 4200 block of East Portland Avenue.

Officers said they located an unresponsive male in the parking and he was declared deceased at the scene. The man's name has not been released.

Detectives and crime scene technicians responded to the scene and the investigation is ongoing, according to the TPD.
