Overnight Closure of Eastbound State Route 16 Ramp Rescheduled For April 4

The state will close the State Route 16 ramp at Union Avenue on April 4-5, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.

The closure - which is part of the overall Nalley Valley Viaduct project - will take place from 11 p.m., April 4, to 4 a.m., April 5.

Crews are building new bridge structures.

A three-month, around-the-clock closure of the southbound I-5 exit to South 38th Street (Exit #132A).  Specific times and dates aren't pinned down yet, but the contractor is considering closing the ramp between mid-April and mid-July.  Stay tuned for more information as the time approaches.
