Tacoma Conservatory Hosts Guided Meditation and Gentle Yoga Sessions

Enjoy guided meditation and gentle yoga at the W.W. Seymour Botanical Conservatory this spring, a Metro Parks program.

The W.W. Seymour Botanical Conservatory in Tacoma's Wright Park is a peaceful place to spend an afternoon, and is now the site of several guided meditation and gentle yoga sessions available through Metro Parks.

The 90-minute session is accessible and open to all in the community. The next class is March 17, 2013 at 5:30 p.m. with a $3 admission fee. Yoga instructor Megan Zaback will host the guided meditation; bring your own blanket and pillow.

If you can't make this week's class, mark your calendar for the upcoming classes on April 14 and 21.
