UC Names Four New Members, Two Returning Members

Charleston, WV – The University of Charleston announces the following new members of its Board of Trustees:

Nancy Bruns, CEO, JQ Dickinson Salt-Works

Eric Hicks, CEO, Right at Home

Marion Jones, CNRA, Clinical Faculty, CAMC

Phil Morabito, CEO, Pierpont Communications

Josh Pray, Project Manager, PrayWorks

Dave Ramsey, CEO, CAMC Health System

Both Phil Morabito and Dave Ramsey are returning Board members, having served previously.

Board member Bobby Blakley, former Regional President of Truist, will be replaced by Patrick O’Malley, current Regional President of Truist, upon his retirement expected by the end of 2021.

The Board of Trustees is the governing body of UC and is responsible for its educational mission and fiscal policies. Board members serve a term of three years, renewable twice by a vote of the Board.
