University Place Native Chad Rasmussen Drops 19 in Seattle University's Loss To Washington
The former Curtis High and Tacoma Community College standout drained five 3-pointers in 27 minutes of play, but it wasn't enough as the Huskies beat the Redhawks, 87-74.

University Place native Chad Rasmussen scored a team-high 19 points for Seattle University in its 87-74 loss to Washington on Thursday night.
The Curtis High grad and Tacoma Community College product was 7-for-12 from the field - including 5-for-8 behind the arc - in 27 minutes of play. It wasn't enough, however, as the Huskies pulled away early and never really looked back.
It was another strong performance for the 6-foot-7 forward, the Redhawks' fourth-highest scorer at 8.1 points per game through seven games. He is also the team's leading 3-point shooter, making 15 of 36 attempts.
