University Place Sees Increase In 2 Bedroom Rents: Report
Luckily, University Place was ranked one of the cheapest cities for rent in Puget sound, according to the real estate site Zumper.

UNIVERSITY PLACE, WA - The price of a two-bedroom apartment in University Place has skyrocketed since April 2017, according to the real estate website Zumper. Rent on a two-bedroom now averages $1,190, which is 15.5 percent higher than last year.
That information comes from Zumper's April Seattle metro rent report. University Place remains the cheapest city to rent a one-bedroom apartment out of 18 Puget Sound cities included in the report. Bellevue, Kirkland, and Seattle are the top three most expensive - a one bedroom in one of those cities costs close to $2,000 per month, according to the report.
Only nine Puget Sound cities were at or below the state average rent of $1,250 for a one-bedroom. Of those nine, only two were north of Seattle.
