WANNA HEAR ME SING?: Help Us Reach 1,000 Facebook "Likes"

It’s time to answer an age-old question.

Which community wants a karaoke serenade from this Patch editor more: University Place or Lakewood?

That’s right, you read correctly. I want to belt out a tune in a manner that will live forever in embarrassing YouTube infamy.

You can help determine where and how fast it happens.

Here’s how: Right now, the Facebook pages for both University Place Patch and Lakewood Patch have approximately the same number of “Likes.”

I want to double the amount of “Likes” on each Facebook page to 1,000 by the end of the year.

The first community that reaches 1,000 “Likes” on its respective Patch Facebook page will get to witness moi make a fool of myself on the mic, as well as enjoy a party at a local business where you can win some cool Patch stuff.

Heck, I'll even let you choose the song with which I embarrass myself.

Can you see where I’m going with this? I get up on the mic. You get a cool party. Everybody wins. Except me.

And one community will get the satisfaction of saying it caused all of the fun.
