Graze Craze Charcuterie Store Opens Woodinville Location

Graze Craze®, a popular charcuterie company specializing in hand-crafted grazing boards, boxes and more, opened a new location in the Seattle metropolitan area at 13990 178th Place, Unit B, in downtown Woodinville near Town Center. The Woodinville charcuterie store is under the leadership of Melanie Bard, a local restauranteur who opened the first Seattle-area Graze Craze location in Bellevue last year.

Graze Craze is a fine purveyor of charcuterie arrangements that are created by a team of experts, known as Grazologists™. These artisans skillfully craft beautiful food displays that incorporate a variety of flavors, colors and textures that ignite the senses for the ultimate grazing experience. Each design features high-quality ingredients that complement one another, including premium meats and cheeses, fresh fruits, crisp veggies, house-made sauces, dips, jams and more.

Drawn to the Woodinville area by its variety of wineries, breweries, distilleries and more, the Graze Craze team is looking forward to providing a new culinary experience that offers an elevated, convenient solution to feeding a crowd. With the support of her team, Bard plans to use her industry expertise and learnings from her first Graze Craze endeavor, to make the Woodinville store a resounding success and unique resource for the public.

“I have owned a café for over 20 years and a food truck for 30, so I’ve been in the restaurant business my whole life,” said Bard. “I love hospitality and being involved in my community – it’s so special for us to provide incredible service and a beautiful catering option that we know will make events, like family parties, business meetings and office gatherings, more memorable and meaningful.”
