Fox Cities Chamber: Fox Communities Credit Union To Award Scholarships

Fox Communities Credit Union will award five $1000 scholarships to graduating high school students throughout Northeast Wisconsin.

Graduating seniors who are primary, active members of Fox Communities Credit Union and plan to continue their education at a two-year or four-year accredited university, technical, or vocational school are invited to apply.
“We are thrilled to offer this scholarship opportunity to local seniors,” said Fox Communities Credit Union CEO & President Chris Allen. “Investing in education supports our mission of helping our members realize their financial goals and build secure futures while strengthening our communities.”

Applicants must have a 2.5 cumulative grade point average on a 4.0 scale and will be asked to submit a written essay, in addition to demonstrating a commitment to community service. All applications will be reviewed by the scholarship selection committee in accordance with application requirements.
As a primary, active member students must be in good standing with the credit union and have their name on an account. Students who are not currently credit union members can open an account by Saturday, March 12, 2022, to establish eligibility for application.
The deadline to apply for the scholarship is Friday, April 1, 2022. Scholarship recipients will be notified by May 27, 2022.
