We are pleased to announce that Josh Kilgas has been promoted to Vice President of Resource Development. You might recognize Josh's name and friendly smile because he has served our
community for nearly nine years through United Way Fox Cities. With a strong community-focused background and a passion for helping others, Josh has unanimous support from our leadership team as he moves into his new position.

Josh succeeds Sandy Drexler as Vice President of Resource Development. Sandy has been an integral part of helping us fulfill our mission, making a lasting positive impact through growth of
our campaigns. We want to thank Sandy for the past 14 years as an outstanding member of the United Way family.
