Fox Cities Chamber: Red Shoes Inc. Announces Promotions Of Tracy Doering, Meagan Hardwick And Maria Nelson

Red Shoes Inc., a leading strategic communication firm that specializes in marketing, public relations and crisis communication, has promoted Tracy Doering to the role of assistant account executive, Meagan Hardwick to the role of agency director and Maria Nelson to the role of vice president.

Doering, previously an account coordinator, has been with Red Shoes since 2020. With more than a decade of communication experience, Doering will serve as a primary account contact in addition to supporting media relations, marketing, social media and strategic communication efforts throughout the agency.

Hardwick, previously an account supervisor, has been with Red Shoes since 2015. With more than 15 years of marketing experience, Hardwick will continue her work providing client support and strategy and in her new role as agency director, will now oversee the growth of the team and agency, training, crisis communication work and creative direction.

Nelson, previously the agency director, joined Red Shoes at its inception in 2008. Also bringing more than 15 years of marketing experience, Nelson knows the agency inside and out and has held several roles that included everything from directly supporting clients to helping the agency grow. In her new role as vice president, Nelson will continue to provide client strategy in all areas of marketing, communication, crisis and digital media as well as oversee functions such as culture and operations.
