Racine – Racine County Executive Jim Ladwig today announced that the construction project on the I-94 West Frontage Road north of State Trunk Highway 20 has been completed ahead of schedule and that this segment of the West Frontage Road is again open to traffic. In addition, the County Trunk Highway C overpass has also reopened, permitting Highway C traffic to pass without obstruction over I-94.
