Katie’s Canine Klubhouse has new digs! The doggie daycare has moved to 5246 Douglas Avenue.
In addition to a bigger area for indoor play, there’s a new outside yard with pools and misters for fun in the summer sun. A clean and modern boarding space is also available.
The reason for the move, co-owners Katie Navarro and Ginny Singleton explained, is because they have so much of a good thing, they needed more room.
"We've grown so over the past few years we needed to larger place for our dogs," said Navarro.
KCK is also adding a personal touch to the front counter for their longtime friends. Each fur-family will have the opportunity to add their own artistic flair to ceramic tiles that will decorate the front counter.
“We hope that more than 100 tiles will grace the counter top,” Navarro and Singleton stated.
There is a grand opening celebration planned for July 27 to coincide with the Weiner Dog Race.
KCK is open Monday - Friday 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Saturdays 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Call (262) 898-1080.
