Caledonia Police respond after a personal issue erupts between a Caledonia couple over the more intimate aspects of their relationship.
A Caledonia man may face charges for disturbing the peace after he and his wife got into a screaming match Tuesday night over their non-existent sex life.
No charges have formally been filed, but police are recommending that the man be charged with disorderly conduct-disturbing the peace.
According to a report by the Caledonia Police Department, after a night of drinking at a tavern, a 51-year-old man was angry with his 49-year-old wife for not having sex with him. The argument escalated, and their adult daughter tried to intervene by standing between them, but the man allegedly pushed his daughter, knocking a bowl off of a counter.

The man’s wife left the house on foot. By the time police arrived at 10:47 p.m., she had returned to the house and officers asked her to write a statement. However, she refused to do so.
