A pursuit that started in Racine came to a conclusion with two arrests in Franklin on Christmas Eve, Racine County Sheriff's Office said.

FRANKLIN, WI — Two men from Chicago were arrested in Franklin on Christmas Eve after they sped away from a traffic stop on Interstate 94 in Racine, according to the RCSO.
Around 3 p.m., deputies pulled over a white sedan that was traveling north on I-94 for speeding 25 mph over the 70 mph limit, RCSO said in a release. After the car pulled over, it sped off and reached approximately 120 mph, the release said.
As the car sped away from the traffic stop, it began to make dangerous maneuvers as it passed other motorists, RCSO said, and because of the high speeds and dangerous maneuvers, the pursuit was stopped.
