Too hot or bored at home? Check these places out to cool off in the luxury of air conditioning.

By now it's no secret that Wisconsin is facing a heat wave. , hot, humid air is expected to remain over southern Wisconsin throughout the week, with temperatures in the mid-90s and dewpoints in the 70s. That means afternoon heat that will feel like — and have the effect — of temperatures up to 110 degrees.

It's a known fact that malls are always cool. Take a walk through , even if you aren't shopping. Window shopping is always fun. If you're on a budget walk through the mall and make a wish list of items you want to eventually buy. You can also sit in the center court in the comfy couches just to keep cool. If you're a laptop user you can sit at the Starbucks and use the free Wi-Fi.

Enjoy a smoothie or an iced coffee at . For the most part it's always air-conditioned and they can pretty much ice anything on their menu. Try the 'dulce de leche' iced...it's my favorite. Also, don't worry about going alone, there will always be someone to talk to, even if it's the employees behind the register. And there is also free Wi-Fi.
