She accidently stumbled upon the business in 2009.

Herrera recently moved from a Milwaukee downtown kitchen, where she rented space from another operating bakery, to Greendale.
The specialized decorated sugar cookies are perfect party treats. Herrera gets orders for all kinds of occasions, such as baby showers, birthday parties, bridal showers weddings, and ships all over country and internationally.
Online Herrera only sells sugar cookies because it keeps costs low and stay fresh for up to two weeks. However on Saturday the shop is open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and in addition to sugar cookies there is also an assortment of drop cookies, refrigerator cookies and whoopee pies.
One cookie cost anywhere from 2.50 to 3.25.
Many business that have occupied that location have failed, just recently Village Pizza. Herrera says she has nothing to worry about. The Internet played a vital role in the success of Sugar & Flour LLC.
“This is a unique business and it wasn’t intended to be that way,” Herrera said. “We couldn’t have this without the Internet. “
