An anonymous caller reported a young man who use to live at that house on the 6000 block of Northway was looking into the windows and carrying beer on Friday at around 4:30 p.m. Police say that they 18-year-old man was at an underage drinking party, according to Sgt. Bridgette Paul. Him and four other 18-year-old men were arrested for underage drinking.
