Updated: Greendale Man Arrested for Possessing, Producing Child Pornography
The 40-year-old man is being held at Kenosha County Jail.

A 40-year-old Greendale man was arrested on for allegedly knowingly possessing child pornography and knowingly producing child pornography.
The Greendale Police Department along, with State DCI agents and criminal analysts from the Computer Forensic Unit, searched the home of Chad Winkie on July 20 on the 5400 block of Montgomery Drive.
Video evidence depicting images of child pornography were found in Winkie’s home during the search, according to a press release from Greendale Police.

The investigation was sparked when a 13-year-old girl reported to Greendale Police that Winkie had allegedly taken inappropriate photographic images of her while at the home on Montgomery Drive.
Forensic analysis of Winkie’s computer may result in additional charges, according to Greendale police.

All children have been removed from the residence on Montgomery Drive and placed with a family member.
Winkie remains in custody in Kenosha County Jail under federal agency hold with no bail. He has a bail hearing set for August 2.
