Greendale Martin Luther Breaks Ground On $9 Million Dorm Project
The 72-bed dorm will be for domestic and international students with more than 10,000 square feet of retail space underneath.

GREENDALE, WI — Martin Luther High School broke ground Wednesday on the school's new $9 million student housing project.
School officials say the student housing project will be a 72-bed dorm for domestic and international students with more than 10,000 square feet of retail space underneath.
According to the school, the new dormitory will give students from across the U.S. and around the world a new way to attend Martin Luther.

“The Martin Luther campus has not seen a building addition since it was built in 1967.” Christine Oldenburg, Director of Admissions and Communications at the Lutheran High School Association of Greater Milwaukee said in a statement to Patch. “To expand Martin Luther’s campus to the front of 76th street and bring more students into our loving and dynamic student body is an amazing opportunity."

School officials say the student housing will be available starting July 2020 for summer camp rentals and be occupied by domestic and international students for the 2020-21 school year.
