A man accused of stealing a sewer grate reportedly told officers he was going to sell it for scrap.  The sewer grate was stolen May 5 near the corner of 43rd and Ramsey. Later that day, police pulled over the 22-year-old suspect in the 4200 block of Teakwood Ct. A 30-year-old man with his was arrested for being a party to the theft.
