Fundraiser for Boy Who Was Hit By a Car Next Week

The 6 year old boy was hit by a driver who was texting and didn't see him.

and the  will raise money to buy a wheelchair accessible van for a 6-year-old boy who was hit by a car and left paralyzed.

Xzavier Davis-Bilbo was hit by a car last October when he was walking in a crosswalk with his older sister to go to the park in Milwaukee on the corner of 9th and Meinecke. He was hit and dragged by a driver who didn't stop, didn't slow down, and didn't see him because she was texting.

Xzavier was left paralyzed from the diaphragm down and and has a trachea stint to help him breathe.

The organizers of the Ava Walk back in April honored Xzavier during the event that attended over a 1,000 participants.

The Greendale IFL Panthers are donating $2 from every $7 ticket purchased for the game as well as 100% of all raffle and concession profits at their home opener.
