The same man was arrested twice for prowling around the same vacant house last week in Greendale. Eric Dean, 32, was arrested on July 19 and on July 23 after he was seen prowling around a vacant house on the 5300 block of Wolfberry Circle. On July 19 Dean was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon and on July 23 was arrested again for prowling and possession of drug paraphernalia after he was seen looking into the window of the house on Wolfberry Circle. Sgt. Bridgette Paul said that she is not sure what Dean's interest is in the house, but said he will continue to be arrested if he keeps it up. Dean was charged with conspiracy to deliver heroin and party to a crime in June in Milwaukee County Court, involving forgery and using misappropriate ID to obtain money. Dean is described as a while male, thin to average build, and blond crew cut.
