What Would You Like to See at the Old Bally's Location?

Three new restaurants and DSW are coming to the 76th Street corridor. There is one more vacant building left.

A year ago 76th Street had three vacant buildings. The future looked dim for this corridor, but things are different today.

Throughout the year developers have announced plans for Panda Express and Longhorn Steakhouse at the old Leath Furniture location, a DSW at the old Borders location, and Chick-Fil-A at one of the Walmart outlots.

Walmart will open to the public on New Years. Southridge Mall is just about done with its $52 million renovation and plans to have a grand re-opening in November.

Despite all these exciting plans there is still one building left unoccupied, the old Bally's.
