1 Dead, 1 Injured In Weekend Motorcycle Accident: Police

WEST ALLIS, WI — Authorities in West Allis say one person was killed and a second was seriously injured in a motorcycle crash Sunday evening.

According to West Allis police, investigators say speed appeared to have been a factor in the crash that happened near 112th Street and National Ave. just after 6:30 p.m.

The motorcycle driver reportedly lost control of his vehicle and he and his passenger were both thrown from the bike, police said.

Police in West Allis said the passenger died at the scene and the driver was rushed to Froedtert Hospital in serious condition, according to a JSOnline report.
