2nd-Annual Paczki Party To Be Held At Polish Center of Wisconsin
Taste offerings from Cranky Al's, Grebe's Bakery, Le Rêve Patisserie and Café, Elsie Mae's Canning and Pies.

FRANKLIN, WI — The Wisconsin Bakers Association will host the Second Annual Paczki Party at the Polish Center of Wisconsin located at 6941 S 68th St, Franklin, WI on Sunday, Feb. 9, 2020.
The Paczki Party is a celebration to get people excited for Paczki Day, also known as Fat Tuesday, which falls on Feb. 25 this year.
The Paczki Party offers the early opportunity for paczki lovers to taste samples from each of the following WBA member bakeries: Cranky Al's, Grebe's Bakery, Le Rêve Patisserie and Café, Elsie Mae’s Canning and Pies.

The festivities will take place on Sunday, Feb. 9 with four tasting sessions:

- VIP (Very Important Paczki) 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
- Paczki Lover 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- Paczki Lover 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- Paczki Lover 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Tickets include a Paczki Passport which entitles each guest to samples from each participating paczki vendor and vote for his or her favorite paczki flavor and bakery. In addition to the paczki sampling, there will be live polka music by a local musician and special guest appearances by Little Miss Polish Fest.
Attendees will have the opportunity to experience a delicious paczki tasting session featuring music, fun, and more. Each attendee will receive mardi gras beads along with a swag bag that includes a ticket to Polish Fest!
Attendees will be given a passport upon arrival to take to each vendor station. At each station, attendees will be able to sample two paczki samples.
The passport will be checked off at each station indicating that the samples have been given out. Once the attendee has completed sampling, they will turn the passport in select their favorite paczki flavor and bakery in a People’s Choice vote which will be announced following the event.
Winners will be drawn randomly from the passports – one winner gift certificate value at 1 dozen paczki will be awarded from each participating vendor.
The Polish Center of Wisconsin will also have a cash bar (21+) open featuring coffee and drink specials that pair perfectly with Paczki!
In addition, there will be a raffle at the event with proceeds benefitting the Wisconsin Bakers Foundation.
