Greenfield Students Earn UW-Stout Award

Students from the area were recipients of the University of Wisconsin-Stout's Chancellor's Award for the fall semester.

Kristine Haasch of Greenfield is majoring in BA Psychology. Haasch is a graduate of Greenfield High School.

Another GHS graduate, Erik Haapakoski of Milwaukee, is majoring in Graphic Communications Management.

Heather Harmeyer of Milwaukee is majoring in Hotel Restaurant and Tourism. She is a graduate of Whitnall High School.

Jessica Meyer of Greenfield, who also graduated from WHS, is majoring in Pre Business Administration.

The award is presented to students who have a grade point average of 3.5 or above.

UW-Stout, Wisconsin's Polytechnic University, is a special mission university in the UW System. The university has a long-standing reputation of serving business, industry, education and the helping professions through its specialized educational programs.
