The company, which is based in Menomonee Falls, announced its guarantee program Wednesday. The more than 150 stores nationwide, including those in and around Greenfield, will be participating in the program. "If a guest isn't happy with his or her sub, we will go above and beyond to make it better, including refunding their money," Christine A. Specht, president and chief operating officer for Cousins Subs, said in a news release. "Our franchisees have embraced the guarantee wholeheartedly because it makes us a stronger business and a stronger community partner," Specht added in the release. "We think our guests will like it, too.  Consumers today have more choices than ever before – the guarantee is really something that sets our stores and our subs apart."
