Item #5 Approve a PUD amendment to extend the Lease Termination Date for Budget Cinema, 4475 S. 108th Street for two years to July 1, 2014, subject to Plan Commission and staff comments. Tax Key #609-9994-013.
Item #6 Approve a Special Use for the purpose of opening an animal care/pet supply retail shop in the tenant space at 11015 W. Layton Avenue, Suite A, subject to Plan Commission and staff comments which include to consider this a minor change not needing a public hearing. Tax Key #612-8992-003.
