1.    Business Administration Committee
a)    Discuss and may take action to approve establishing an Employee Benefit Trust in the name of the School District of Greenfield for the purpose of segregating funds for future post-employment benefit obligations and fulfilling recommendations of GASB 43/45.
b)    Discuss and may take action to approve lunch fees for 2012-13.

c)    Discuss and may take action to approve a contract with Ebenezer for 2012-14.

d)    Discuss the Preliminary Budget for 2012-13 and may take action to approve continuation of necessary expenditures for continued operation until the 2012-13 Preliminary Budget can be reviewed and approved.

1.    Acknowledge and approve attendance at upcoming conferences by Board members.

a)    Discuss and may take action to approve Board members to attend the 2012 WASB/WASDA/AWSA Joint Educator Effectiveness Conference on August 6, 2012 in Madison, WI.

A.    The School Board may discuss and consider the sale of District property pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(e), Wis. Stats.

B.    The School Board may discuss and consider information regarding staff members pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(c) and (f), of which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of the persons referred to in such information.

C.    The School Board may confer with legal counsel with respect to litigation for which the Board is or is likely to become involved pursuant to Section 19.85 (1)(g), Wis. Stats.
