Planning Commission Meeting

AGENDA FOR THE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING TO BE HELD AT THE GREENFIELD CITY HALL IN THE COMMON COUNCIL CHAMBERS, ROOM 100, ON TUESDAY, MARCH 13, 2012  AT 6:30 P.M.

1. The meeting called to order and roll call.

2. Approval of the February 14, 2012 Regular Meeting minutes.

3. Discussion regarding the Common Council meeting held on February 21^st & March 6^th.

4. Discussion/decision on the request from Mark Rausch, Clear Channel, 908 Silvernail Road, Pewaukee 53072  regarding the determination made in 1998 about the continued use of nature scenes on the west-face of the billboard at the SE corner of 60^th Street and east-bound I-894 on-ramp  (i.e. Mt. Carmel parcel – 5700 Layton), Tax Key #602-9947-003.  [[Held over from January and February PC meetings.]]

5. Arlene Butke, WE Energies, 231 W. Michigan Street, Milwaukee 53203 requests Site, Building, Landscaping Review for a renovation/replacement of the existing Layton Ave. substation at the northeast corner of 43^rd St. and Layton Ave., Tax Key #600-9947.  [[Held over from December PC meeting.]]

6. Ngan Vo, Pho Viet LLC, 7931 S. 47^th St., Franklin 53132 requests a Special Use amendment to extend his Saturday and Sunday hours from 10:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. for karaoke activities inside the ‘Pho Viet’ restaurant at 5475 S. 27^th Street, Tax Key #645-9002.

7. John Zachar, Granada Meadows LLC, 5921 Sugarbush Ct., Greendale 53129, represented by Josh Pudelko, Trio Engineering LLC, 17700 W.
