Police and Fire Commission Meeting

AGENDA FOR THE GREENFIELD POLICE & FIRE COMMISSION MEETING TO BE HELD AT THE LAW ENFORCEMENT CENTER, COURT ROOM – 5300 WEST LAYTON AVENUE, GREENFIELD, ON MONDAY,  JUNE 11,  2012 AT 6:00 P.M.

1.     Call To Order.

2.     Roll Call.

3.     Discussion/Decision to approve the Police & Fire Commission meeting minutes for the meeting held on May 14, 2012.

4.     Greenfield Police Department reports (Chief Wentlandt).

5.     Greenfield Fire Department reports (Chief Cohn).

6.     Discussion/Decision to abolish the existing entry level Police Department eligibility list.

7.     Discussion/Decision regarding pre-employment psychological evaluations.

8.     Commission reports.

9.     Discussion/Decision related to Police & Fire Commission’s Rules and Regulations.

10.    Discussion/Decision to approve payment of invoices as listed:

A.    Invoice number 069343 from the Wisconsin Department of Administration in the amount of $2258.00 for entry level Police Department candidate testing.

B.    Any other invoices received prior to the meeting.

11.    New items for placement on the next agenda.

12.    The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Police and Fire Commission shall be held at 6:00 p.m. in the court room of the Law Enforcement Center at 5300 West Layton Avenue on Monday, July 9, 2012. A special meeting of the Police and Fire Commission will be held at the Greenfield High School on Saturday, June 16, 2012 at 9:00 a.m.
