Leaves will not be collected if they:
1. Include any other material such as branches, stones, grass clippings.
2. Are blocked by parked cars or other obstacles.
3. Are placed too far from the road edge or curb edge. They are not to be placed in ditches or in driving lanes.
4. Are left in an alley or on a median.
Residents are encouraged to mulch their leaves, and may also drop off leaves for free at the Division of Public Works 4551 South 52nd Street, in marked bins on the south side of the building. Leaves must be in biodegradable paper bags or emptied from containers.
