Greenfield Polling Places May Change: Census Redistricting
The City's proposed aldermanic districts are much the same as year's past, but voting wards across the city are slated to change.

GREENFIELD, WI — In line with Wisconsin's 2020 census redistricting process, the City of Greenfield Common Council introduced an ordinance on Tuesday with the City's proposed aldermanic district and ward maps.
The proposed ward changes may cause some Greenfield residents may find themselves with a new polling location in the next election. Others may find themselves in a completely different numbered Ward with the addition of a ward to the 2nd Aldermanic District.
With the proposed maps, some voting wards and locations are likely to change, but there would still be five aldermanic districts. The Common Council is slated to discuss the proposed changes again at a meeting on Dec. 7, the city's website said.
