Greenfield K-9 Helps Track Down Smoker's Paradise Robber: Report
Police say they found fresh footprints in the snow leading from the business. A K-9 officer led police through the snow to find him.

GREENFIELD, WI β A 26-year-old Greenfield man has been arrested and charged after authorities say he staged an armed robbery at the Smoker's Paradise store.
Brian Rozivka has been charged with one count of armed robbery. If convicted, he faces up to 25 years behind bars.
According to a criminal complaint filed in Milwaukee County, Greenfield police officers were sent to the Smoker's Paradise store, 4267 W. Layton Ave. on Jan. 12 on a report of an armed robbery.

Police said Rozivka entered the business and approached a store employee, whispering, "I have a gun in my pocket. Give me all the money in the register."
Investigators said Rozivka took about $398, and left the business by running east through the parking lot.

According to the criminal complaint, the footprints led officers to a home on the 4100 block of W. Layton Ave. β about 450 feet from the Smokerβs Paradise.
Police said they found Rozivka inside the house, and he was later arrested. Court documents show that Rozivka admitted to the robbery, and that he used a BB gun, and threw it in the woods as he fled. Police said he admitted to hiding the stolen money under his bed.
