GREENFIELD, WI — A 23-year-old Greenfield man has been arrested and charged after police say they searched his apartment and found drugs.

Kenneth Cole Walkowiak has been charged with possession with intent to deliver THC — 200 grams or fewer. Walkowiak is out on a $2,500 signature bond and is scheduled to have his preliminary hearing on Thursday.

According to a criminal complaint filed in Milwaukee County, Greenfield police were conducting surveillance on Walkowiak at his apartment on the 10800 block of W. Morgan Ave., just north of Greenfield's border with West Allis on May 15.

According to police, they conducted a search warrant at Walkowiak's apartment later that day, and found a cache of drugs and a number of guns.

Police say a couch in Walkowiak's apartment had a storage area built into it. According to the criminal complaint, police found a large Ziploc bag labeled “Zkittles” which contained suspected marijuana, 24 vape cartridges and five JUUL pods.
Police say they found a black scale and a plastic baggie labeled "Sundae Driver" in another room suspecting it also contained marijuana. The Sundae Driver bag weighed 35 grams and the Zkittles bag weighed 118 grams, police said. After testing, police confirmed both bags contained marijuana.

Two firearms were also found in the storage container, police said. Officers recovered a Winchester shotgun and a .22 rifle, according to the criminal complaint.

Investigators said Walkowiak gave permission for police to search his cell phone text records. According to the criminal complaint, an officer reported finding a text message thread indicating Walkowiak was a drug dealer and sold THC.
