Greenfield Target Storefront Has A Buyer; Grocery Store Coming

GREENFIELD, WI — The old Target storefront at 4777 S. 27th Street has been sold, and it likely means a new grocery store is on the way.

According to a Milwaukee BizTimes report, the Target corporation sold their vacant storefront to the owners of Festival Foods for $4 million.

Target closed in Greenfield roughly a year ago. Festival Foods has three stores in the Milwaukee Metro area, including Somers, Mount Pleasant and Hales Corners.
