How To See Santa Cruising The Streets Of Greenfield And Beyond

Here's what you need to know about Santa's cruise through Greenfield this year and the other spots around town where you can see him.

GREENFIELD, WI — Santa Claus will be back in Greenfield this holiday season after a couple of years of COVID-19 restrictions that made it difficult for kids to crawl up on his lap and make their case that they’ve been good boys and girls.

This season the jolly old fellow will also be cruising the streets of Greenfield along with Mrs. Claus and other friends with the help of the city. He'll be around for a few days, Dec. 12 through 15, according to the city's website. You can find a full schedule here.

Visits and pictures with Santa are at the heart of many families’ holiday traditions, but the coronavirus pandemic gave them a lump of coal. Malls and other places took social distancing measures in both 2020 and 2021 to help contain the spread of the virus, moving Santa meet-ups largely online.
