JB’s on 41 Launches Fresh Menu at Junction Bar & Grill

MILWAUKEE (October 1, 2018) – JB’s on 41, Milwaukee’s premiere entertainment center, is expanding its menu options for Milwaukeeans with elevated pub fare featuring items like all new homemade pasta bowls, new traditional and boneless wing flavors and desserts served in a cast iron skillet. All items on the revamped menu are made from scratch and created by the Junction Bar & Grill's kitchen manager and assistant general manager, James Miller.

“This is comfort food, elevated. Our food is not only made from scratch, it’s made with locally sourced ingredients, like meat, cheese and bread,” says James Miller. “We’ve listened to what our guests like about our menu and made improvements, featuring quality, made-from-scratch guest favorites with select choices.”

New foods gracing the menu include Caribbean Jerk wings – all hand-tossed and sauced in house, apple crisp in a cast iron skillet, and three new pasta dishes. The menu continues to offer guest favorites like carnita and chicken tacos, bistro fries served in cast iron skillets and fresh baked pizzas, with some new choices like Cheeseburger Pizza.

For convenience, the new menu features icons to quickly identify signature, spicy, vegetarian and gluten-free items.

The Junction Bar & Grill is open at noon daily and features All-Day Happy Hour on Thursdays (1/2 Off Appetizers, $2 Long Islands, $2.50 Domestics, $3 Wine and $4 Rail Drinks). Happy Hour is also available every weekday from 4-6pm.

JB’s on 41 also offers a Family Special on Fridays from 5-8 pm and Saturdays from 3-6 pm. Families receive 1 hour of bowling, shoe rentals for up to six people, 1 large fresh-baked pizza and a $20 arcade card, starting at $55.
