Melt 'N Dip Sweet And Desserts Restaurant Proposed For Greenfield
The proposed restaurant would feature crepes, milkshakes and more. The Greenfield Plan Commission is scheduled to consider it on Tuesday.
GREENFIELD, WI — A new dessert spot has been proposed for Greenfield on 7820 West Layton Avenue.
Melt 'N Dip, a franchise that has locations in Canada, the United States and Lebanon, has been proposed for the space. Plan Commission documents say the menu would consist of milkshakes, crepes, cookies, cake, fruit, gelato, coffee and teas.
Melt 'N Dip's online menu for its U.S. restaurants includes items like a pina colada or rocky road crepes, chocolate-covered waffles, lava cake, and "nature's candy" — fruit salads.

The Greenfield Plan Commission is scheduled to look at the site plan and special use permit applications for the proposed restaurant on Tuesday. The applications were made by Emad Nadi and Jafar Jaraba.
