Part Of Coldspring Road Reopens, Another Closes In Greenfield
City officials say a new traffic signal will be installed at the intersection of 84th Street and Cold Spring Road.

GREENFIELD, WI — Drivers who are out-and-about on Greenfield's roads received some good news this week after Cold Spring Road reopened between Forest Home Ave. and 76th St.
At the same time, city officials said a new road closure will begin on Cold Spring Road between 76th Street and 84th Street. Access will be maintained to properties in the work zone. The eastern half of the Cold Spring Road and 84th Street intersection will be closed, but traffic will continue north and south on 84th Street.
City officials say a new traffic signal will be installed at the intersection of 84th Street and Cold Spring Road. Pedestrian walkways and signals will also be improved at the intersection, officials said.

Pavement in poor condition along Cold Spring Road from Forest Home Ave. to 84th Street will be replaced during the project, officials said. The overall project will be completed in three stages with road closures.
