Monday's Greenfield School Board meeting, the first since Conrad Farner resigned as superintendent, is sure to be an eventful one. The two biggest items expected to be discussed are the filling of Farner's vacant position, as well as determining the hiring process for a new director of business following the resignation of Kristin Kollath. The board is also expected to take up school start times and school schedules, more than 20 months after the school board voted down a measure to make any time changes. And in closed session, the board will discuss the class action lawsuit filed against the district by more than 200 teachers earlier this month.
