Qdoba Mexican Eats Planned For Greenfield On 27th Street

GREENFIELD, WI — A new Qdoba Mexican Eats restaurant is set to come to Greenfield at 6245 South 27 Street, according to city documents.

Roaring Fork Restaurant Group submitted initial plans to build a new restaurant at the location in December of 2021 — and the Greenfield Plan Commission approved the plans — but only now has the group narrowed down a specific operator, city documents said. The plan commission will discuss further approval of the project at their meeting Tuesday.

Qdoba features a Mexican-inspired menu with customizable burritos, bowls, tacos, queso and more. The chain has nearly 60 locations throughout Wisconsin, Illinois and Iowa.

The new Greenfield location could employ 20 people including cooks, front-line servers, managers and team leads, city documents said.
