Greenfield High School will present Rachelβs Challenge, a program aimed at promoting treating people with kindness and respect through the words of a Columbine High School tragedy victim next month.
The program, which is free to the public, tells the inspiring story of Rachel Scott, whose example of kindness and acceptance was brought to light when she became the first victim in the Columbine shooting in 1999.
Conveyed through stories from Rachelβs life and writings, Rachelβs Challenge shows the profound positive impact that people can have on others. Rachelβs Challenge demonstrates to the listener the power of deliberately reaching out in word and action to others what Rachel called βa chain reaction of kindness and compassion."
