Section Of Cold Spring Road Will Close For 3 Weeks: Construction

GREENFIELD, WI— The segment of Cold Spring Road from 76th Street to the Pick 'N Save driveway will be closed for three weeks starting Wednesday, according to a Facebook post from the City of Greenfield.

The project is to replace the deteriorated pavement and the closure will last for three weeks depending on weather conditions, the post said. The closure will start Wednesday, the post said.

Cold Spring Road has been subject to numerous construction projects since last year. The road was subject to another project from 76th Street to Forest Home Avenue and other reconstruction projects. Cold Spring Road repairs were initially planned to be completed in three phases.

The Department of Public works will be revisiting this section, a segment of the road near where Cold Spring Road intersects 76th Street, according to the Facebook post.
